Customized Products:

Due to the bespoke nature of our marble items and statues, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once customization has commenced. These items are crafted specifically for you and are considered final sales.

Non-Customized Products:

For non-customized items, you may return them within 7 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us to start the return process. Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance, ensuring the item's safe return. Once we receive and examine the product, we will begin the refund process. A 25% restocking fee applies.

Return Shipping Costs:

Our items range from 3 kg to 2000 kg, making return shipping costs, including insurance, the responsibility of the customer for non-customized and, under exceptional circumstances, customized products.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, deducting a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Damaged Items:

Should you receive a damaged item, promptly photograph the damage with the delivery staff present. This evidence is crucial for confirming transit damage. Contact us immediately with the images. We will assist in resolving the matter by working with the insurance company, as each delivery includes insurance for your protection.

Returns and Refunds Policy

For Stone Bathtubs and Statues:

If your bathtub or statue is delivered with cracks, please provide a video of the unboxing process to demonstrate the damage occurred during transit. In such instances, we offer the following options:

- Replacement: We will craft a new bathtub or statue and ship it to you at no additional cost.
- Full Refund: Alternatively, you can opt for a 100% refund.

For Fountains, Fireplace Mantels, Gazebos, Benches, and Other Stone Products:

If any part of your product arrives damaged, we will resolve the issue promptly:

- Replacement: A new piece will be created and shipped to you without delay.
- Repair Costs: If the damage can be fixed using stone glue, we will reimburse the repair expenses.
